Privacy
A quiet note on what is, and is not, collected here.
Thriving with Misophonia is built for people whose nervous systems already carry enough. Privacy should feel simple, not like another thing to decode.
What this site collects
The site may collect basic, privacy-respecting analytics: page views, button clicks, and general technical information such as browser type or device category. This helps me understand whether the site is useful and where people get stuck.
Email signup
If you enter your email for the Starter Kit, it is sent to the email service used to deliver the guide and related messages. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time.
What this site does not ask for
This website does not ask you to describe your triggers, diagnosis, medical history, or private experiences in order to use the free resources here.
Session recording
Session recording is disabled by default. I do not need to watch how you move through a page to treat your attention with respect.
External links
Some links take you to services outside this website, including Skool, YouTube, Instagram, MisoCalm, and the email provider. Those services have their own privacy practices.
Removing your email
Use the unsubscribe link in any email you receive. If you reply to an email from me, I can also help remove your address from the list.
Privacy is part of the care.
You should be able to learn about misophonia, download the free guide, and decide whether the community is right for you without being pushed or watched unnecessarily.
